Good job, but long wait
TGH Urgent Care displayed care and professionalism throughout the process. The staff was knowledgeable and my experience was flawless. The Nurse Practitioner I saw demonstrated an outstanding patient to doctor relationship, and explained my condition well. Highly Recommend!!
Over the top, great. We weren’t just a number, felt very important, lots of empathy.
Easy in, easy out. Staff was awesome! Thorough, relatable, knowledgeable, appropriate...Perfect. Will be back (although hopefully not) and will recommend to other patients/friends for sure.
Once taken to pre op the care was very good. Long wait times. Example, was told to arrive at 0930 but was not taken to pre op until 12:15p then remained there until 2:57 taken to operating room..
We were well taken care of. A friendly and professional office. Thanks
