I have had numerous surgeries throughout my life so when I say the preop ward was one of the nicest I’ve ever been in, you can be sure it was. Bright, large bays, heated gowns, yes, heated gowns. I didn’t even know that existed. Great staff, so kind and professional.
Needed to get a pre-op Covid test and they were wonderful

Wow. What a great experience. We arrived here for NY on 2/2. On 2/5 my 82 year old Mom had been suffering with pain around her knee for two days. Because she had a knee replacement 6 years ago, and we flew a few days ago, I was concerned. I opted to take her here and it was the absolute right decision.
