I called the Wesley Chapel Office and spoke with Tiffany. I had multiple questions that she took her time to explain things throughly. I was very impressed with not experiencing “being rushed”. I originally was going to call other Walk-In clinics, but I feel totally content after our conversation. There were no questions left unanswered. Nurse was ready and waiting for us. No need to wait. After info was verified my test was performed. The nurse was very kind and put me at ease. The test was done very quickly and we were on our way. Very good experience!
Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything. I did not have a long wait. I liked that they wore masks.
