Very excellent care
First off, I was nervous having to get tested for Covid . But, the staff here made everything so comfortable. From Gary, to PA Julie Heminger . She was so awesome , she listened and that’s important . I didn’t realize when she came back in to test me all dressed up in in this gear it was her. She was so gentle , calmed my nerves told me what to do. I’m so thankful for her and her team and thank Jessica Lucus for referring me to go there. Thank you! I’d recommend them hands down! The young man ( fairly new ) went way above and beyond to help me . He saw I was in distress and brought me my information cards to Libby and also was concerned and brought me back to a room in case I fainted . Then when I went to car and waited he personally came to the car and got me . The young girl who was the primary care giver ( not sure if md or PA but very understanding . Very helpful and professional!
Although it took an inordinate amount of time to get an appointment, forcing me to reschedule my procedure, the experience once I was able to get scheduled was great! There was no wait and once my appointment was verified, the nurse explained the procedure, she performed the test quickly. We were in. & out.
I was greeted in a timely manner and when I was brought to the treatment room I did not wait long until the PA came in. Good experience, will use this clinic again if needed.
