Was seen fairly fast and since I had taken a fall on bad sidewalk on Bayshore and had head injury I was sent straight to TGH. Very professional

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The nurse n dr were extremely kind.
Got me in quickly, after a reasonable wait I met with Kayla who helped assess the issue. Went directly to XRay and got my answers in just a few minutes more. Was on our way home with prescriptions in a very reasonable time.
Other than a bit of a wait the check in process, evaluation by medical staff and all was great. The woman at the check in was great and helpful. Medical staff excellent. The follow up correspondence was all digital but easy to understand.
