The nurses and all the other employees are very professional. The nurse told me to take my mother to the hospital and they found she had a stroke. Days later she called me asking about my mother health. Thanks for the good service from her.
I came in to get a rapid covid test on Saturday the 20th as I had to return to New York on Southwest airlines on Sunday the 2st. The staff were concerned that I needed the 3 day test per Southwest guidelines. They researched until they concluded the rapid test would be fine. They were kind and considerate throughout. Medical treatment was excellent - well organized, responsive and performed in a timely manner. Nurse and doctor were awesome. Frustrated to learn upon arrival that although TGH Urgent Care shares a waiting room with TGH Medical Group - which is where I go for primary care, and appears to be part of the TGH system (use of the name and logo), TGH Urgent Care could not access my TGH medical records. Extremely personable from the front desk to the medical staff I always use the Gandy location for problems my internist can't help with including no appointment time, Covid-19 testing , infections etc. The medical staff is very professional and up to date on medical issues.
