Was treated for my medical issue quickly. Staff was very polite.
It was a long wait. I had a 3 pm appointment to get COVID screened and had to wait until 4:30 to get tested.
Caring, professional, efficient
Staff friendly and efficient intake as records from previous visits in system. Wait time short. Waiting area and exam room clean and organized. My Practitioner, Doris Scruggs APRN, was excellent. She was gentle and caring in helping change bandages from facial injury. And she took time to counsel me about a related issue. Doris was very professional, knowledgeable, skilled, caring and a good listener. I have always had excellent care at FastTrack.
Everyone was so kind. Very efficient, very attentive. From the front desk to recovery. All information was given throughout each stage of visit. Dr.s were A-1, nurses are the best! Would highly recommend TGH. Thank you all.
