I actually enjoy coming for my check up, where as before was nervously waiting for bad news! The internal medicine patient check in team were very professional and worked as a team checking patient in and out. I appreciate that.

Overall my 20 plus years experience at Codman Square Health Center has been positive. Since nothing in life is without flaws the few hiccups have were all resolved expeditiously. Doctor Sara Teppenberg as been my Primary Care Physician for the majority of my time at CSHC. She’s very supportive, listens to my concerns and answers my questions respectfully and knowledgeably. Everything was excellent except for the assistant named Karina, whose behavior was rude and unprofessional. At one point, she questioned my mother about her appointments at Tufts in an interrogative and disrespectful manner. Her tone made my mother uncomfortable, and my mother was unable to communicate properly because of the way she was being spoken to. In contrast, the front desk nurse was courteous and professional.
