Everything was excellent except for the assistant named Karina, whose behavior was rude and unprofessional. At one point, she questioned my mother about her appointments at Tufts in an interrogative and disrespectful manner. Her tone made my mother uncomfortable, and my mother was unable to communicate properly because of the way she was being spoken to. In contrast, the front desk nurse was courteous and professional.
