Everyone is so professional and go above and beyond to make sure all my medical needs are met.
This time the experience was on time which shocked me. Everyone was professional and courteous as usual
My visit was a great one, I was attended to by amazing staff they were ready and willing to help and of course my doctor was awesome.
I really appreciate the service I received from the staff. They were so kind, patient, courageous, and so on... In some words, I felt I am at home whenever I have an appointment in Codman Square Health Center. May God bless you all guys for your good work.
I feel torn because I love my Primary Care doctor Dr. Severin however the customer service reps that answers the phone lines are not customer friendly, they are short with their responses, when it’s time to schedule an appointment they are making appointments 7 - 8 months away and when asked why is there no sooner appointment they respond with attitude being condescending and knowledgeable with some questions.

Codman Square Health Center provided a service that I was in great need of. The Dr was helpful and explained to me how to further take care of my feet and how to administer the medication twice daily for the proscribed period of time, and what to avoid doing.
