I was very pleased with the care & service I received.
The PA took her time to explain the issue that I was experiencing and wanted to make sure that it’s not a major issue by referring me to BMC. The only issue I have is that the clinic did not have access to the ultrasound machine. It would have been better to have it readily available instead of having to go to BMC. Overall my experience was good. I appreciate the PA explaining the possibilities for the pain and how it was really important to take care of it as soon as possible.

I dealt with your eye care team Dr. khuu was excellent. I would just recommend that you update your files in regards to the ophthalmology department at Boston medical Center as their provider has left or is leaving and they're not accepting appointments, they referred me to Tufts and mass eye and ear for the removal of a papilloma. Other than that everything was great
