My eye doctor is great although I wish she would slow down. The 3rd floor reception desk is very helpful.

In and out in no time
The team at Family Med squeezed in my college student while she was home on break, addressed her concerns, and got her referral in ASAP so she could be seen at BMC before she goes back to school. Thank you! (One thing we always notice - we end up going to Fam Med 2 and then find out if our provider is on 2 or 3 that day. If there was a whiteboard/sign by the stairs that listed which providers were on 2 and 3 each day, that would save us from bothering folks on 2 just to get sent to 3.
