Well I haven't had appointments yet for my grandkids 6 of them I made appointments coming up very soon. Admin from pedi department was very kind helpful and actually changed some things that were incorrect I do not remember her and wish I did but she was very very helpful and helped me out a lot. Yes we need more people like her in the field because we sometimes get passed off and not helped properly.

I've been a patient there since 2005 and have never encountered any problems, I have always been treated with respect, I've moved to different towns and never from Codman Square it's has the best staff over the years staffs come and go but but my experience is always positive #1
All of the staff were very attentive , from the reception , to the nurses and doctor .
I was checked in early and was periodically checked on.
