First I would like to say i have been a patient at codman square all my life and the front line staff which are the receptionist have no manners they never answer the phone your always on hold for a long time or your call get bounced around or no answer at all and at times I've been hung up on so please for the future screen who you hire better. I use to love Codman Square but these days not so sure and this is why people leave Codman. And the only reason I bother with Codman is because its not that far from where I live.
Been going there for years and I like it there but recently I went to an appointment where I had to wait for two hours before I could be seen, and I try to be understanding with schedule and ruining behinds. What bothers me the most is if I was the one that was late, the wouldn’t take me in for my appointment and I would have to reschedule. And I’m talking from experience.
The scheduling is ridiculous. I would show up for an appointment and I wasn't even in the appointment book . The pharmacy is a so utterly terrible. No one ever answers then phone. I was on the phone for 1.1/2 hour even when computer voice said 1 min. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. I applied for delivery service and I have only had 2 deliveries in 1 year. What us with this? Its ridulous!
The service is OK but the feedback of getting medicine is terrible. I’ve been waiting for pull-up for the longest time and the doctor so call put the order in and when you’re calling for it I did not receive it. It’s been a whole month almost 2 months now I don’t like the service is terrible All the way the hospital clinic look they don’t care about the patients anymore that help at all Square needs to get it together. Hire professional phlebotomist not young unprofessional rachets
The doctor was 30 minutes late seeing me. This is my biggest issue, had the roles been reversed, he most likely have refused to see me. Once passed this, he listened to what I was saying. I'm hoping that the lateness is a 1 time thing and nothing else happens.
Theresa ( white skinny ) was my provider , terrible experience with her. She wasn’t tentative to my needs , she had a hard time listening and her responses was “mhm , mhm , mhm” with a poor attitude the entire meet. I don’t recommend her at all.
I am not sure if my doctor ever received my message. His nurse was quite unprofessional in attitude.
I was a patient at Codman Sq about 1 year ago. And i went in for a vaginal check up. I had a consultation with a young female black doctor which mad me happy... she was doing her thing... the problem occurred when it was time for my vaginal exam. I was handed several swabs and was told to insert the swabs into my vagina place them back in the tube and leave them on the table.... omg!!! What???
