I waited 3.5 hours to see someone for 10 minutes. Unacceptable!
I NEVER GOT A PHONE CALLBACK FOR MY GLASSES.My glasses are still there.? Nobody answer in the optical store.
They don’t do contacts and did not warn me when I came in to update my prescription for glasses and contacts. Doctor tried her best and was very nice so it was clearly a decision above her head.

Long time codman is good with Dr Dominique now zero discrimination only 3 times I have paper to fill for they don’t do it then my FMLA denied cause codman square HC thank you for that
My expérience is the hospital was very good.
The wait was ridiculous they put you in the examine room 40 minutes later no check in or nothing. Very dissatisfied
I went to urgent care at your establishment and I thought everyone from the nurse that came to do my vital (that ran out in the middle of taking my vital, another nurse came like 15 minutes later to finish what was started) to the receptionist at family medicine 2 that I asked to register me for a primary care doctor, instead of registering me, she sent me back to urgent care receptionist which then sent me back to her to get it done 🤦♂️ it just felt like no one wanted to assist me at the moment and not because it was busy... read more
