I have a new doctor and she is very nice
My PCP was nice. However, my appointment was running at least an hour behind schedule. Thus, my appointment and interactions with the PCP and MA felt rushed. Moving forward, I would appreciate knowing if my PCP is running behind schedule when I check in at the front desk. A positive experience was having my insurance status checked at the front desk and explained to me as well.
The staff at Codman Square are very informative.
Service was great. Staff very friendly.
Went into URGENT CARE and was treated amazingly. Quick and fast service. Main check in staff was on the phone and acted like she could careless what was happening probably because she only had an hour left of work (not the urgent care check in person, she was GREAT) but EVERYONE ELSE WAS FANTASTIC.
Great...I love my doctor and the convenience of the location of center
