I had some trepidation heading into the clinic but every staff member was courteous and confused and made it a pleasant and fruitful experience

I am a neighbor I live close by. I feel the comfort and care I get when I need it urgently is priceless. All doctors and personnel are proficient and kind. They are very helpful. Thank you Codman.
My wait time was less than 30 in urgent care.
Quest to improve is great. Need to improve phone and text prompts to refill prescriptions by linking to MyChart as an option. Without this option, prompts are useless to me because I don’t know which prescription I am being prompted to refill.
