I have been going to the clinic since 1987;was a patient of Dr Pincus for a short time and later became Dr Severin's patient to this day... I love the Codman SQUARE for the flexibility provided to patients. I love my chart because I have access to my records any time day or night. The only thing I don't like is when you are checking in the representative ask for your date of birth and address out loud where anybody could use your information; they can hear your name, and you have to confirm your dob and address..
