My experience was good Based on how good my experiences were with my primary care provider and my receptionist. Not according to what I have done, but according to your understanding / desire to make things possible in the right way. So I need to express my appreciation for what they do. But he was determined to have to see me in January like the following month. Also consider agreeing with their guidance. My primary care provider made sure I got better satisfaction or solution to the problem before it got worse.
Figure out how to inform people of address changes when appointments are made. We went to Codman Sq. only to be sent to Talbot Ave. It’s a good thing we arrived early and had time to drive to Talbot Ave. Once there, the staff was very professional, informative and pleasant. The staff made up for the extra driving we had to do. The saved the day 😷
