The staff were professional. The new BMS system needs to be fixed so that it can 'identify' my insurance. My appointment for Monday had to be rescheduled because of this snag. The staff in Family Medicine assisted greatly in rectifying the challenge.
Walk in time to seeing a medical expert was fast and courteous. Everyone was quick and attentive with my issue.
The doctor and nurse was very nice.

I greatly appreciated the remarkable customer service and care that I received from the entire Dental Department team during my last visit! As usual, the Patient Care Representatives, including Albert, Dwight and Aliyah (Lilly), were extremely welcoming, mannered, friendly and attentive when checking me in and booking follow-up appointments; additionally, Lilly went the extra mile to help resolve an issue that I was having with obtaining a referral appointment.
