I greatly appreciated the remarkable customer service and care that I received from the entire Dental Department team during my last visit! As usual, the Patient Care Representatives, including Albert, Dwight and Aliyah (Lilly), were extremely welcoming, mannered, friendly and attentive when checking me in and booking follow-up appointments; additionally, Lilly went the extra mile to help resolve an issue that I was having with obtaining a referral appointment. Give me treatments for my asthma
We were visiting from out of country and my tooth broke. After going to a dental facility, we were directed to visit at the hospital emergency room. We made several calls then my sister in law tried your facility. The attendees were very helpful, kind and friendly. The doctor knew what she was doing and gave me great relief and advice.
