Happy that doctor saw my sick daughter on a short notice. Staff was ok. My only surprise, we didn't get writen visit report.
Not good! The care provider was a presumptuous and dismissive asshole. I came in for an infection and she treated me like a drug seeker for being honest about my illnesses and medications. I wasn't asking for anything other than a diagnosis for a skin infection and this tragedy of a healthcare professional made it as awkward and uncomfortable as humanly possible. I would have slapped the taste out her mouth in a different environment.
Quick service, efficient, knowledgeable and got to the bottom of my kidney stone problem. I like that they can do a urine test and ultrasound right there. Very confident in Dr. Ganna's knowledge. She prescribed the correct medication that aided in my future care. In fact, my primary care doctor said, "wow, most urgent care doctors don't know to prescribe this medication. That was very good." Thank you so much for your care. I'm glad I found you.
My experience was pleasant. I was seen by the Doctor very quickly and had no problems with my prescriptions being called in to the pharmacy.
They are a blessing. I am one of those people that would never go to the doctor. Earlier this year I had an eye injury and needed urgent care. They were so kind, concerned, efficient, and knew exact what to do. They are now my primary care choice and I actually look forward to my appointments, especially with Dr Gaana!
Dr Ganna is really a great doctor. The best. She really cares about people. She diagnosed and cured problems that other doctors and specialists missed completely. The place is very clean and everyone is friendly.
