spoke with TWO people both verified that i am primary contact and i will be giving payment, both confirmed that the tech was to diagnose and contact me prior to fixing. Neither done. Instead the tech spent less than 30 mins adding a part and charged my AUTISTIC brother $800 to fix it without contacting me, i had to contact them. and one of the techs laughed when i verbalized the frustration as if what they did was even legal, because it wasn’t. We were not told the brother was autistic and did not know you were leaving to go on a cruise mid repair. Your brother paid for the repair and the system was running well. We then came back per your request and removed all parts and issued a refund. We are sorry for the inconvenience. It was a confusion situation and hopefully issuing a refund has corrected this issue.
The work was very good but the price seemed higher than usual.
Diagnosed problem. Friendly tech but didn't return everything to its original condition before leaving.
