Dr Bub is the best. Staff is always helpful and eager to keep me informed and set up for next appointment. The telemedicine setup is such a rescue for those of us who are being careful.
Waited 45 min in a room until someone came in and apologized for the delay, 15 min to inform would of been nice. Just being honest, . I’m a healthcare provider myself. I always let patients know early on if I’m behind.
Gentleman who administered the actual COVID test was not very pleasant and extremely short with me but the rest of the staff from the front desk to the nurses that take your phone calls could not have been nicer or more accommodating! I called and followed up several times and even brought my parents in and everyone was so helpful and patient and kindly answered our many questions.
