I was surprised as to the privacy when I first checked in. You are told to tell the receptionist about the issue you're having. This is something I didn't appreciate as I don't want that to be public information. While I was seen quickly, I felt that the nurse could've been more professional, she cracked some jokes that I felt weren't appropriate. The doctor was helpful and respectful. Overall, good experience, but felt like they could've given more explanation, and been more professional.
Thanks for the care. I went right to the pharmacy and purchased the recommended items and this afternoon made an appointment with a dermatologist for next week. Hoping for the best. I slept well last night, your care was a great help.
Until now it was my third experience with all my family using this service. All of the time was very quick and good team taking care of us. No complaints.

Did good job with my arm
Unprofessional LPN. She didn’t know basic medications and had zero bedside manner. Doctor was professional, but misdiagnosed me after I had told him what I thought was wrong. Went to a different doctor that said to immediately stop the antibiotics I was put on and start a different medication. Would NOT recommend this urgent care. Staff and doctors are incompetent.
