The PA was very short & had an attitude. Front desk receptionist seemed a little short & frazzled. I felt that the PA barely looked in my ears as that is why I came in for severe pain & fluid. She seemed like she could care less and was bothered. Not happy at all & still not better after almost a week later. Waste of my time, & money.
I did not care for the PA at all. Very cold and indifferent. Did not seem to listen to symptoms and medical history. Ended up in ER. They were surprised that there was no chest x-ray, flu test or labs done.
For one thing way over priced, to lance a finger tip you were setting me up to pay $400 plus, which would have been for a service that would have been no longer than 15 minutes which in that time is also accounting for paper work, that comes out to $1600 an hour, are you kidding me, i went to CVS got $13 of sterile things bandages and hydrogen peroxide pulled some ice from the refrigerator, numbed the finger cut it, milked it and now with a script of 40 Antibiotic pills ($12) a week later I'm good to go... in my opinion the ... read more
