The experience was stellar from check in to check out. The front desk staff were so friendly and customer service oriented, able to multitask i.e. take insurance information, answer questions, gave clear directions to completion of the paperwork, etc. The MA was equally welcoming and efficient in preparing me to see the provider. The NP was outstanding, as well. I was treated with all my needs. Just didn’t like how Spine and Joint Clinic put an attorney on the phone with me.

It was alright. No insight was given as to what might be causing the issue. And PA expected me to know what the medication being prescribed was. I did most of the talking. It also felt like PA took the info I gave and went to plug it into a computer system for it to tell her what might be the cause of my issue.

Very nice reception staff. I did feel as the visit was a bit rushed. My provider did seem disconnected and in a hurry. Otherwise, the facility and staff were very friendly and polite.
