Not a fan of the check in kiosk. Took too long and it is used by every one who walks in and it took a lot of time!
Overall very good. My appointment was at 1:15 which I made online around 12:00. I arrived at 1:10 and was told there were three ahead of me, I was in the lobby until 2:00 before being taken to the back. I'm not sure how I could make an available appointment at 12:00 for 1:15 and upon arrival there be three people ahead of me.
Everyone super nice
Brought my seven year old there. The NP’s demeanor was one of irritation, not very warm in her interaction with my child. Otherwise the visit was fairly quick, office staff was friendly, I felt heard and my child’s symptoms were assessed adequately.
Was seen in timely manner treated well I'm happy with visit
