Check in procedure was long and frustrating. Service was fast and gcod.

The front staff was not what I expected but the back staff was great.

I had a great experience. Friendly staff and quick. Dr Shapiro understood my issue and prescribed what I needed. Very grateful for this facility. Will be sending my daughter there if she needs medical attention while at the UoT.
