Please do not offer appointment times especially on weekends because you still wait same amount of time. (That is so misleading. Just remove that) Staff, Provider were professional and compassionate. Negative is when you are told only 1 Provider is scheduled. 2 plus hours waiting before being called back into a room where we waited another 48 minutes before anyone came into the room. Very prompt and efficient
I had an extremely long wait - the whole experience took almost 3 hours. However, I came in on a Sunday and only one PA on duty and another person to assist. The care I received was very good,

Very caring
Quick set up as a new patient. Wait time was short and the staff was thorough and so nice.
I was able to make my appointment online so when I arrived my wait time was at a minimum. All of the staff were pleasant...front desk nurse, the nurse that took my vitals and the Nurse Practitioner and completely efficient. Having to go out and see the Doctor when sick is never a fun time but this was a pleasant and quick experience.

My only issue was with the APRN, Yarkema Jones. She was in the room for less than a minute and hardly spoke to me besides asking my name and date of birth. Yes I have flu-like symptoms and it was a pretty straightforward process of figuring it out, but she didn’t even talk to me. The nurse who helped and did my testing was amazing and very kind.
Pleased with the service snd diagnosis. Only complaint is the long wait to be seen by the PA. Arrived at noon and didn’t get to be seen until 4 o’clock. The nurse got us into a room around 3:30 pm. Is that the norm.?
