I went in due to abdominal pain. Scheduling the initial appointment was fairly easy. The doctor gave me a referral to get a CT scan as the fear was a kidney stone. The radiology center for the exam is literally the next window over but I was told that someone would contact me to schedule. It took 48 hours for someone to call me and all they did was ask/confirm that I would like to have a CT scan scheduled. I’m disappointed that there was no mention of a Covid test during my visit. My symptoms were consistent with flu, Covid, and what I thought was a sinus infection. I was advised to buy OTC nasal sprays. Well it turns out I have Covid. I guess TG doesn’t care about investigating all options. I don’t feel I got great care. I saw a PA named Tryon.

Medical Assistant was warm & friendly as was the receptionist at the front desk who was exceptionally friendly & welcoming. The physician assistant couldn’t have been nicer & any more thorough.

I went to walk-in clinic. It wasn’t a long wait. The doctor was very knowledgeable. The staff were very friendly.
