The doctor was very knowledgeable and pleasant as was the nurse assistant.
Enjoyed being seen by Dr.Mark. He seemed to examine and address my ear issue. Also enjoyed the front desk assistance.
Staff was friendly, attentive and efficient. The facilities are very clean, pleasant and comfortable. I would recommend to family and friends as well as return for any future care I may need.
Besides a long wait due to understaffed , t was a good experience with those we had contact with.

Super clean facility. Efficient staff and I was able to see the NP right on schedule who correctly diagnosed my problem and prescribed medication for the treatment. No issues with my insurance.

Great experience. I was a walk-in and had a minimal wait. The PA was thorough in her examination of me and explained her findings in detail. I was not rushed and was well pleased with my experience. So glad they opened a office in the Southshore area.
