I had an appointment and was taken on time. The medical person explained the test simply so anyone could understand. The results were given in also a simple understandable way.
I came in because I got a small cut from a piece of glass, it got infected over night, i dont think I've ever been in and out of an emergency care that fast. So for that I thank you ! The lady Doctor i spoke with was great, she said she's never seen anything get infected that fast, she made sure I had what I needed for medication and she went above and beyond to help me, because we as women all know what antibiotics can do. I was pleased with the uncrowned waiting room and the efficiency to the front desk staff..I was also pleased with a relatively short wait time and the cleanliness of the facility

It was a great experience. I didn't have to wait very long and the office staff were very efficient. The doctor was very helpful.
A very good experience
Staff was nice, doctor was cordial and competent, but not friendly. I had to call twice to get the prescription faxed to my pharmacy and it still hasn't happened. I was there at 2 pm and the dr. assured me she would fax it. At 7 pm I called TGH back because pharmacy STILL didn't have it. Girl was very friendly and apologetic and said she would do it right then. Pharmacy STILL doesn't have the prescription. Glad I'm not dying of anything.
I had a wonderful experience. The doctors, nurses and technicians and other staff members were efficient, kind and helpful. I’m amazed at how good I feel. Thank you for all you’ve done!
