Everyone was friendly
Easy process
Very smooth process at every stage. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and used plain English to answer my questions.
The receptionists were super inviting. The nurse was extremely nice and patient with me and the female doctor was the best!!!

My experience was good. All staff that I dealt with were very thorough and informative. They treated me with respect and answered all my questions in a way that I understood.

My experience at the surgery center at the Brandon tgh healthplex was excellent. EVERY single employee I came in contact with were great!! I had issues with anesthesia in the past . ( aspiration and intubation). The medical team showed concern, were so kind, and took special precautions to ensure it didn't happen again. All was much appreciated!!
The staff was very pleasant , accommodating , and informative.
