The staff was excellent, however, I am frustrated because I only got a reminder text of my appointment at 3pm the day before my appointment. My appointment was at 1015am, which isn't a problem. The problem was I live north of Atlanta and hadn't planned to leave 3 days prior to my procedure. We had to scramble for kid/dog coverage and leave at 2am to make it on time. Only to be told as long as I was there by 2pm it would have been fine. Not happy about an 8 hour drive on less than 2 hours of sleep.
