Very compassionate. They explained very well as to what was wrong with me and I did not feel rushed.
Your facility was amazing smells good very clean the front desk girls phenomenal very sweet very caring and concern about my situation it was an amazing experience will I go back yes will I refer people definitely 10 star
One front desk staff was very rude and bossy. The other began the same way but then got a bit nicer. It was early in the day so no reason to be so angry. The Phys Asst was abrupt and then sarcastic but then got very nice after she made me cry. All could benefit from sensitivity training. They seem to forget we come there sick and in need of comfort.
Service was fast, professional, and I was feeling a lot better in two days.

I used fast trac appointment setting. Everything went so smoothly and quickly. Everyone was very helpful and professional!! I also appreciate that I could wait in my car and wait to be called!
The care was good. The wait time to be seen was really long. Definitely a better option than being in an ER. Given that it was New Years Day Lindsey the PA went the extra steps to make sure I was able to get the medication I needed.
Very well organized with very pleasant staff! Much better experience than I expected! I will return to TGH the next time I need an urgent care clinic. The PA that assisted me was very helpful!
