Great customer service. I was able to see the doctor quickly.
Treated quickly by staff. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.
Closely looked at the issue with my ear. Sadly, my ear problem remains an issue. Making a follow-up appointment with my primary care physician.
Fast courteous and professional I appreciate it being a retired nurse, and not feeling well. I appreciated the discharge instruction, made a new appointment for my primary care physician in May and called in a prescription at my pharmacy.
The wait was not great, had a 2:30 appointment, called in at 4:00 pm. For myself, I expected that as the Urgent Care facility is a great convenience for the public.
