Wait time was minimal. Doc showed all due haste and concern, and used an extensive amount of protection, "let me just suit up" was the phrase she used. Doc showed genuine corcern and made every attempt to ensure I understood her (I was still a tad loopy from my fever and probably forgot a thing our two by the time I walk out the door). All in all, the Doc was great, wish she was my PCM!

The experience was very good
During these uncertain times with Covid-19, I was so scared to go to the ER with unrelated symptoms. Despite being on the front lines in a highly stressful job, I was treated with the utmost care and compassion. The hospital's detail to cleanliness, social distancing among patients and quick processing once I entered the doors was remarkable. Staffs were professional and have outstanding understanding of my medical complaint and we're able to educate me effectively.
This urgent clinic is such a blessing. The staff is very kind and efficient. Very happy with the outstanding services I was provided.
