Quick and throughout service. Nurse and Physician took time to listen and asked questions. Prescription was waiting for me at the pharmacy. Would have liked to receive the link to my records. Did not received discharge documents. Had to call to receive the link.
The nurse practitioner Jenna Tillet was very patient and knowledgeable. She not only looked at my red eye, but also checked my ears, nose and throat. I never felt rushed even though the waiting area was full.
OVERALL .... your URGENT CARE could not HAVE BEEN BETTER THE WAY IT WAS TODAY.... with such PATIENT and CARE....so glad l chose Tampa General Hospital ....
I felt like I was in good hand .staff outstanding.
No delay right in and right out for covid-19 testing.
The experience was great. Drove up , got my covid-19 test and was on my way. Five minutes and I was on my way.
