While no one wants to have surgery, your excellent staff and facility made this situation almost pleasant. I was greatly impressed with the nurses and the physician. Everyone was very caring. The information provided by Norman is the most comprehensive I’ve ever experienced. Other facilities should use you as an example of how to treat patients. Thank you.

Arrived with an old fractured right foot that I thought was just a bad sprain. The staff at the Brandon Urgent Care Clinic (Tampa General) were very professional, friendly and sincere. Bandaged me up with a temp boot, got a disc to upload to the VA and I was out the door in less than hour! My new go to Urgent Clinic!

You did an AWESOME job! I needed a covid test to see a new doctor at Tampa General Hospital, the employee that did the test was so compassionate, I am on oxygen and have a very sensitive nose and she was so gentle I didn't feel a thing! Thank you so much. The whole process went smooth. One person signing me in and another doing the test...best team work ever girls. Thank you for making my first experience a great one! 😊
