Personnel were efficient and pleasant. Gave specific instructions pertinent to the COVID test. Process was fast and easy.

I was extremely pleased with the quick, professional, extensive and caring service that I received at TGH Urgent Care, Brandon. I was very worried about a sudden medical issue. I saw Kimberly Frack, FNP, and found her to be very reassuring, giving me a very thorough check over as well as telling me the next steps that I should take if future problems developed. I left with very clear plans and an understanding of the test results. I was very pleased with TGH Urgent, and will definitely use them again.
You guys took very good care of me. The staff were great mentionable is RN Jay . Doctors were through keep a close watch on me and my health.
Everyone was very friendly
Everyone was (Receptionist, CNA/MA, Xray tech, FNP) friendly, explained everything, and the service was efficient.
Very helpful staff and on top of everything before my surgery. It took a little longer to get into the surgery room due to some patients before me. However, the staff made me very comfortable while waiting. The facility was very clean, bright and welcoming. I would definitely use this facility again in the future if necessary. Thank you for your service.
