Had to wait 2 hours even though we made appointment. Then took 3 hours before we were called with results. The people were very nice. It’s the system that is flawed

Quick and easy
I was just in for a difficult surgery, so spent three days. at the hospital. The nurses and nurses’s aides were so wonderful. I was checked on constantly after surgery, and when I rang the call button, it was never more than a minute before someone came in to help, even though I know they are short staffed. Every single one was interested, thoughtful, and kind. I felt very cared for.. And listen, I am 58, born and raised here, and have been at TGH a number of times, as have friends and family.
