They did an excellent job from the beginning! I went in for a sore throat, but they caught my high blood pressure. Because of their attention to detail, I believe Dr. Victoria Won saved my life!
Your personnel are great. The facility is awesome. Your “check in/sign in” kiosk is too lengthy, and you only had one to service a lot of people that were trying to check in. There was a line of people waiting. This made the one person signing in very nervous and the persons behind them waiting,… very nervous and anxious. You need more than one check in computer.
Fantastic, did a great job , very professional, they had all my information, pulled up explained what she was going to do. They were done and I was out of there in about 5 minutes.

Every individual I dealt with, from scheduling, to billing, to the orderly wheeling me down the hall to my nuclear test, to all of the nurses in pre-op and post-op, to the best surgeon in the world…my experience at TGH was wonderful! Having surgery is very stressful and the kindness, professionalism and organized-manner in which my case was handled put me at ease through the entire process. Thank you!!

Great experience
Husband was left while I went to TGH HEART Pavilion for 5 Ablations. I explained before he went in his special needs. Blind in that eye and vision not great in left eye. Anyway, everything I requested were given to him as a service. Pleased. Son went back after dropping me at TGH. Thank you
