All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Everyone there was so pleasant and efficient. You made me feel very comfortable and relieved with my situation. Thank you for taking the time to reassure me all along the way. Everything was clean. I will not hesitate to recommend your location to anyone that needs urgent care in the future.
My dr was attentive, thorough, and caring. I had never used a virtual drs appt before, but it was a great experience.
In and out - very professional and efficient. The nurse/xray technologist very good - both her and Dr. Matt provided excellent care. The only complaint would be the followup - and getting the appt to a surgeon. i am in so much pain and if this is normal then so be it but i do not believe it is and no one has followed up . any assistance greatly appreciated lisa

Jennifer Moore was absolutely amazing in a tele-health visit. I have been so anxious with some of the symptoms my husband was having that he not only did one call with her but felt comfortable enough to call her again with some further questions. She was so thorough, calm, and reassuring. She covered all angles with his treatment plan, and he has improved. I am truly so thankful she was available. TGH/Fastrack is lucky to have her as an employee.
I could not ask for more attentive or professional care. Jennifer Moore was fantastic during our tele-health consultations and she alleviated some concerns my family had as well.
Did great job would recommend you for medical care.
