I was seen on time and with no delays. Both Alyssa and her assistant showed consideration and answered all my questions.
The receptionist was efficient and helpful in gathering my information. In very short order, I was seen by Alyssa, the Physicians Assistant, who continued my experience in an efficient and helpful manner. After a test, she explained the results and answered all my questions in a professional and caring manner. No one was at the desk when we arrived. Didn’t wait too long and receptionist was apologetic. We also waited past our scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, all went smoothly and test results came back quickly.
Great experience, staff was great and know what they were doing. Returning next week.
The people in this office were very nice and professional
All staff were fast and efficient! It was a very easy process and much better than going to an ER... exactly what you’d expect from a urgent care clinic. We will be back for sure!
