All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. We were at the Seminole office. In and out, Dr. explained everything, was very thorough, liked her very much. Rest of the staff was very nice and pleasant. Without a doubt we would go back!
I was disappointed by how long I had to wait in wait room & in exam room ! There was no one else even there & took an hour !!! But once Allison came in she was very polite & professional! Explained everything I had questions about.

Everybody was nice and willing to help with my frustrating experience with Marketplace hell. I needed prescriptions and they helped in that area. The doctor, Allison was very nice and inquisitive. I need a primary doctor and they offered a referral service to help me find one. I would not hesitate to come back here if it is needed. Too bad I couldn't use them as a primary. It isn't easy to find a doctor who makes you feel at ease.
