Very nice office . Treated very well by receptionist, nurse, physician assistant. Highly recommend them.
After coming in the first time and having an awful experience, I made a review and the medical director called me a few days later to listen to the full story and apologized for what I had experienced. She asked me to come back in to get re-evaluated, I was hesitant but agreed and I was seen by the other medical director. It was a calm atmosphere, unlike previous urgent care facilities that had lots of noise confusion. I was treated with respect and they did everything to make my experience as painless as possible. I was given explicit written instructions for home care and these instructions were also verbally gone over with me.
