All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Of course, went there not feeling well, but staff were polite and Alison, the PA that provided care is outstanding! Listens to everything, discusses everything, really cares about me as a patient. I feel like I received exceptional care, and they were busy. The only downside is Alison doesn’t have her own primary care office, I’m looking and she would be my first choice.
I was very pleased with the service provided. The wait time was about average. The staff were friendly and very efficient.
