Very nice staff. Very nice, clean facility. However, not much was clarified for me. I went in limping and in bad pain (foot). I had to request an xray. ARNP could give no suggestion of what could be wrong. Simply gave me a boot to wear. No one ever called me to give me results of a radiologist reading my xray. It is weeks later, I am still limping and treating myself.
Traveling from out of town was able to be seen on a Sunday. Staff was very friendly and took the time to run extra test to try and find what was wrong.
Great experience. Only feedback would be that we went all the way to the downtown location not knowing they did not have an x-ray machine. We were then sent all the way back to Sheldon Road. We left Sheldon Road because it was a long wait and decided through the scheduler that downtown had no wait time. Now we know. Otherwise, great experience.

Arrived late, almost closing and I was still provided concerning and professional care. Very quick and thorough, I did not feel rushed, and I will go back again if needed. Thank you all!
Nice clean office..with nice art decor
From the time I entered to the time I exited staff were extremely polite, professional and courteous. The location was modern and sleek. My wait time was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this location!
Very nice and helpful. I was feeling really bad and they were super empathetic. Also when they did my strep text it didn’t hurt at all like it usually does it.
Both my daughter and I were patients at first track urgent care. We both received professional, caring, and compassionate care from the minute we walked in the door! Each staff member we came in contact with treated us with respect and concern! Thank you!
