All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Very attentive and empathetic team. I was in and out quickly. The only disappointment is that even though they are part of TGMG, they apparently don't have access to my medical records. I had to fill out 5 forms of redundant information. But in the overall scheme of things, it was a small price to pay.
Great experience… starting with the receptionist and ending with seeing the PA. Easy to schedule on line & great to get same day appointment.

I was scared of what was happening to my eye sight, I came in and had to be helped filling out paper work, I thought I just had allergies. NOT. After diagnosed that my right eye sight vision was 20/100. You said I needed Emergency Room visit by ambulance. Thank GOD. The pressure of the eye was at 46...close to rupturing...Tampa General hospital was amazing all the way through this, tomorrow Tuesday I have emergency laser surgery .

I came in and was greeted with kindness and yet professional answer my questions listen to me as to my pain that I was feeling intense pain as I feel out paperwork then my turn to the back where I was met by a nurse practitioner and she also was a good caregiver as well asked me the questions she very professional friendly I felt at ease then gave me information needed to follow up
Service was prompt. Everyone was attentive and provided all the information I needed. I did not have to wait long for my appointment. Doctors was great in explaining what I needed to do and what medicine was being prescribed.
Everyone at this practice makes you feel relaxed and they are all very professional and helpful. I was definitely impressed. I would use this practice anytime I need immediate assistance.
